On March 29, 2010, "Haibo" roasted seaweed is granted the "Nantong Famous Products" by Nantong government and Nantong Brand Strategy Promotion Committee. This is the fourth year we continuously gained this award. In the past four years, we keep analyzing our current status, forging innovatively and actively introducing new technology. Relying on the government, institutions and enterprises, our query system for product traceability of raw materials, 7 -10 supply system of production and sales CRM system are initially established and improved, which in return comprehensively enhances our product quality and customer satisfaction. To name it, compared with 37 in 2005, the number of products complaints decreased to 8 in 2009. What’s more, within 24 fours, all unaccepted products should be traced back; customer opinions should be feedback; after service should be carried out.

Therefore, in the four years, our customer satisfaction rate promotes from 76% to 95%.
